The Job Details
We are looking for a Manager of FP&A to oversee all day-to-day Financial Planning & Analysis activities. With the guidance of our Chief Finance Officer, you’ll lead Logiwa’s financial planning processes, and build models and analysis to inform business decisions for our future. As our Manager of FP&A, you will be responsible for identifying and understanding key drivers of the business, and you will bring these to life through operating budgets, quarterly forecasts and the development of relevant metrics and tracking business performance. You’ll also prepare materials to report out on results to senior leadership and our Board of Directors.
What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day partnership across Engineering, Product Management and Sales to drive best-in-class SaaS profitability. Notable partnership activities include:
- Work with Engineering to optimize timing and magnitude of new infrastructure investments
- Partner with product management to support end-to-end product planning and long-term steady-state profitability strategies.
- Enable Sales team with tools and insights to improve effectiveness in achieving Sales specific targets
- Drive Organizational accountability with timely and accurate financial statement reporting, insightful variance analysis and stakeholder level budget compliance.
- Develop and own the evolution of SaaS/Subscription metrics, e.g., ARR, modeling by Route-to-Market, Net Retention Rate tracking and Consumption reports by partners
- Identify and drive cross-functional cost efficiencies including resource optimization, architectural improvements, and pricing recommendations
- Manage the financial health of products and regions through insightful reporting, accurate forecasting, and long-range planning aligned to steady-state gross margin targets
- Drive prioritization of investments across SaaS and establish a path towards steady-state cost goals
- Safeguard the Company’s assets, while ensuring complianceÂ
- Ensure budgetary compliance across stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with Company’s policies and procedures as it relates to financial workflows
You Have:
- A BA/BS Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field
- 4+ years of progressive finance experience in support of a software/SaaS business
- Strong financial acumen including experience with cost, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Strong analytical skills, financial modeling capabilities, and ability to think strategically
- Understanding of CRM tools – Hubspot and Salesforce preferred.
- Strong Excel skills
