Position Summary
The FP&A Manager role is an integral position within the Corporate FP&A team and will report to the Corporate FP&A Finance Manager. This position will provide value added financial analysis that is used across the FP&A organization and will provide support to functional business partners. This individual will play a crucial role in the company's annual budgeting, quarterly forecast and earnings preparation processes. Ideal candidates for this role should have strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, self-initiative, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Act as a Chief of Staff for the Corporate FP&A Finance manager and assist in planning and leading key processes, as well as executing detailed review of work performed by team
- Manage activities of the FLDP (Finance Leadership Development Program associate) and Finance intern
- Lead key aspects of the support provided to Investor Relations in preparation for the quarterly earnings release
- Provide monthly and quarterly analysis of company level financial performance that is provided to CEO, CFO, and Investor Relations
- Provide financial support to Chief Technology Officer and Strategy & Corporate Development business partners
- Work on special projects as assigned by the Corporate Finance leadership team
- Provide ad-hoc analysis as needed

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of eight years finance analytical or related business experience.
- CPA or MBA desirable
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking skills along with an ability to understand the business drivers behind financial results
- Passion for problem solving within cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to express complex ideas in simple terms and present results to various levels of management, including executives
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and projects with varying deadlines in a time sensitive environment; independent problem resolution and follow-through
- Willingness to flex work schedule to accommodate business needs and work across multiple time zones as necessary
- Strong project leadership and superior attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Solid understanding of US GAAP, income statement, and balance sheet
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- An impeccable sense of integrity and business ethics
