Position: FP&A Manager

Rate of Pay: $147,400/year - $170,000/year
Hours: Full Time; Mon-Fri (40 hrs/week)
Job Duties:
- Build trusted relationships as a key advisor to the CRO and sales leadership team by using business aptitude to draw insightful recommendations from data analysis.
- Lead top line sales forecasting process, update weekly, monthly, and Quarterly top line metrics (Bookings, Billings, RPO, Current RPO, ARR, NRR, Subscription Revenue) with key insights for executive review.
- Analyze and influence sales resource allocation, productivity, and coverage ratios.
- Partner with the Revenue Finance team to analyze the impact of changes to top-line forecasts on efficiency metric.
- Drive improved management reporting - work with Sales Operations and Accounting to more discretely and accurately track financial results; distill and synthesize issues, communicate key messages to the leadership team.
- Support Headcount and Opex management for key sales functions by partnering with Recruiting, Sales Ops and Sales leaders.
- Enable monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts, scenario modeling for all GTM operational expenses and headcount.
- Develop repeatable business, operational and financial processes widely understood by all key business partners.
- Build detailed, scalable, and automated financial models to articulate scenarios and sensitivity analysis to evaluate investment priorities and evaluate potential alternatives.
- Convert data to actionable and insightful analytics to support produce QBR, BOD and Earnings package materials.
- Partner with corporate FP&A on the long-range planning model and support cross functional communication and update on key drivers.

Minimum Requirements:
Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Management or related field or foreign equivalent and 1 year of experience in the job offered or related position.
Special Requirements:
Requires 1 year of experience in:
- Using analytical skills to synthesize data for actionable insights.
- Building efficient processes.
- Expert level SaaS Go-To Market topline metrics.
- Automating and preparing scalable reporting.
- Accounting policies and headcount management process.
- Translating ambiguous strategic goals to tactical analysis.
- Go to market motion and expense forecast management.
