The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager (FP&A Manager) will support the President of the region by developing & executing key strategic initiatives leading to Market’s regional growth. They will be the link between Product, Strategy & Market Leads to quantify the impact of our product pipeline &integrate this into the consolidated various Markets 3YP. The FP&A Manager will champion continuous improvement (CI) across Market’s group to improve operational efficiency, financial transparency & performance (e.g., improve forecasting process to integrate with SCL inventory management processes/S&OP). They will be the information custodian to commercial terms with existing &new customers across Markets to maximize contribution margin (balanced with internal efficiency &ability to deliver). The FP&A Manager will assist regions to achieve & identify opportunities to exceed financial targets.

 

Responsibilities:

· Support the President by partnering with Regional Leadership to deliver consolidated 3-year strategic plan & prioritizing resources to achieve financial targets

· Enable cross functional strategic initiatives for the Markets (global CMS, Signage BU, product refresh cycle, BD strategy, new product strategy, pricing) by preparing & maintaining financial models, gathering relevant data ensuring its accuracy & supporting the cross-functional teams on execution

· Partnering with the commercial team to drive commercial outcomes through customer negotiation to contract signing & own the Regions pricing review to maximize margin & ensure global alignment when relevant

· In partnership with the Regional Leadership, identify opportunities for cost optimization & drive operational efficiencies via continuous improvement of market specific business processes across the International Markets. (Unpack shared service allocation to find efficiency or increase the impact of cost allocation)

· Analyze business performance, providing insights & recommendations for improvement.

· Partner with GM & CFO to set targets for 12 month & 3YP for the Region

· Ownership of preparing the forecasts including identifying & managing Risk & Opportunity identification to ensure delivery of short-term profit

· Supporting Finance in delivering financial projects as directed by GM

· Represent International Markets in Global BI & Global Process improvement projects & owning change management for region

· Manage the Regions planning cycle; annual budget, 3-year plan, & periodic reforecast

· Take a continuous improvement approach to improve accuracy &accountability

 

Qualifications & Experience:

· 5-7 + years commercial experience with business planning, finance, risk & procurement 

· Relevant industry experience within a fast-paced company 

· Delivery of forecasting & budget vs actuals measured in percentage variance to forecast

· Tracking the relevant financial &non-financial KPI’s for the wider team

· Support the implementation of FP&A insights for strategic decision making within the organization & 3YP process for the Markets on time, accurately & high trust with corporate finance & BI leadership team

· Providing the right information &identifying insights to support financial & operational decisions making

· Improvement of the financial processes enhancing accuracy & optimizing budget processes

· Become SME for S&OP, maintaining a balance between SCL, Sales & Finance priorities

· Process improvement projects run by BTS & DNA (Global BI) will align with delivery on international market objectives whilst aligning to corporate objectives

· Trusted advisor with stakeholders

· Skilled at providing commercial & business POVs, creativity & human insights

· Forward thinking, proactive & ability to influence senior stakeholders

· Excellent verbal & written communicate skills 

· Ability to work across teams 

· Is curious, strategic &analytical

· Proficient in financial modelling, forecasting, using ERP systems & modern data tools 

· Advanced capability in excel & PowerPoint

· Can work across matrix organizations

· Excellent analytical skills & business acumen

· Ability to change gears quickly from low level detail to guide strategic decision making

· Self-starter
