EquityBee is looking for our first-ever dedicated FP&A Manager. This impactful role will focus on generating the annual budget and maintaining the ongoing forecast, generating and tracking business KPIs, and analyzing revenue scenarios, pricing models, and other ad-hoc calculations. The FP&A Manager will be a key player in developing a variety of existing and to-be-developed financial and accounting reports and analyses. The ideal candidate should be a creative thinker with advanced Excel and analytical skills. As an early member of our US team, this person will play a key role in EquityBee’s Finance department.

• Generate detailed annual and quarterly budgets by department
• Maintain ongoing revenue and expense forecasts
• Create a business model that includes detailed revenue and marketing forecasts
• Build ad-hoc models and scenario analyses – revenue, pricing, etc.
• Maintain a variety of reports – commission, KPI dashboard, etc.
• Additional responsibilities will be added over time

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience mostly in an FP&A capacity. Experience in public accounting, investment banking, or private equity/venture capital will also be considered
• Financial modeling skills, including experience building models from scratch
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or equivalent
• Superior attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
• Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Team-player mentality with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Professional demeanor with the ability to learn quickly and execute efficiently
• Work ethic: self-accountable, honest, dependable
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
  

• Fintech or financial service industry experience
• 2 years of experience in professional services/Big 4 Firm
• Experience in a fast-growing, tech start-up environment
• Experience with NetSuite or other accounting systems
• Marketplace experience
• Public company experience
