THE ROLE: 

As the lead for FP&A and financial reporting, working with the CFO at Vivian, you will have the opportunity to set the standard for the FP&A function within the company. You will also have the opportunity to develop and lead a team as the company continues to grow and mature.   • Partner with business leaders on budgeting/forecasting, financial reporting, headcount management, and analysis of key financial metrics
  • Present monthly financial forecasts and provide variance analysis vs. prior forecast, prior year and budget for various business units and departments
  • Assist in developing, updating, and socializing our financial model and forecast
  • Partner with the IAC accounting team to perform month-end close activities and help drive process improvements and efficiencies in the close process
  • Manage and track headcount, contractor, marketing and other vendor expenses via a systematic approach tied to budgets
  • Assist in ensuring quality, efficiency and enhancements to our accounts receivable and accounts payable efforts, including design and implementation of process enhancements, with support from IAC accounting and Vivian Ops teams
  • Develop ad-hoc reports and analysis to support financial planning as needed

THE SKILL SET: 

  • 4+ years professional experience in corporate FP&A or other corporate finance roles
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field 
  • Knowledge of FP&A and accounting best practices, including budgeting and forecasting, headcount planning, vendor management, financial reporting, accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
  • Exceptional planning, problem-solving, process enhancement and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and own process development and enhancement, while also being able to collaborate closely with other departments
  • Ability to manage and motivate others
  • Strong Excel knowledge 
  • High growth startup and/or marketplace experience a plus
  • Accounting experience a plus
  • SQL and Looker experience a plus

THE SALARY, BENEFITS & PERKS:

The range for this position is $125,000 - $145,000 yearly salary, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This range is based on a full-time schedule.
