FP&A Manager

OVERVIEW

The Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) will spearhead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis processes specific to our apparel manufacturing operations for BELLA+CANVAS. Reporting directly to the Senior Director FP&A, the Manager will work in tandem with other senior leaders to support and shape business decisions through financial insights.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes, specifically for manufacturing operations.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives in apparel production.
• Analyze financial data related to apparel manufacturing and create financial strategies for decision support.
• Evaluate financial performance of manufacturing operations by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
• Guide cost analysis process within the manufacturing department by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures.
• Enhance the financial status of manufacturing operations by analyzing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends, and recommending actions to management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a specific focus on the apparel or textile manufacturing industry.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, manufacturing-centric environment.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting, with a focus on manufacturing operations.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to non-financial colleagues.

The Base Salary Range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000.00 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the Company’s total rewards package for exempt employees.
