Uniphore is looking for an FP&A Manager to join the Finance team who has a strong analytical and modeling background in SaaS revenue/topline forecast. This is a highly visible role that requires a high EQ individual to work with Uniphore’s Chief Product Officer and Chief Financial Officer. The ideal candidate should have a background in professional services (investment banking, consulting, public accounting) as well as corporate finance experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of monthly and long-term sales forecast at seat/product/region level
  • Work with Product and Sales leaders to continuously refine the topline forecast life cycle from modeling to booking to billing
  • Deep understanding of SaaS or subscription modeling and KPIs
  • Own the topline forecast and budget rollup process in Uniphore financial systems
  • Partner with cross functional groups to create monthly topline variance analysis
  • Lead the cost center forecast and budget roll-up
  • Partner with Product Management leaders for FP&A support

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in FP&A focusing on modeling, scenario analysis, pricing and summarizing complicated financial and operational data into easy to consume presentations and reports.
  • Expert of excel modeling. Can easily translate business knowledge into financial statements and comfortable with large dataset. Advanced skill in PowerPoint
  • ·Experience with ERPs and CRMs a plus but not required
