FP&A Manager

The primary role of the FP&A manager is to provide extensive business partnering and financial support to the organization and is passionate about driving strategic and operational improvements. This role is ideal for highly motivated individuals who function with confidence and expertise in a fast-paced and rapidly changing business environment. In addition, the preferred candidate will have experience with the development of detailed annual plans, building complex financial models, and synthesizing data into actionable recommendations.

For California Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $102,000 and $192,000 annually.
Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location.
This role is eligible for benefits such as, equity awards, life insurance, disability benefits, parental leave, and vacation paid time off.

Responsibilities:

●  Partner with leadership on quarterly, annual, long-range budget and forecast planning

●  Provide business partnership and financial support to the organization

●  Build and maintain detailed financial models and forecasts - highlight and understand major

assumptions and their effects on the budget/forecast

●  Maintain the detailed corporate model, forecasting all three financial statements

●  Manage the reporting process - monthly operating reviews, board meetings & investor meetings

●  Work closely with the accounting team to ensure a timely and accurate financial close and

undertake financial close analysis

●  Prepare incentive plan calculations, payout and related communications

●  Prepare monthly/quarterly budget vs. actual variance analysis and continuously drive forecast

accuracy improvements

●  Have a strong process architecture mindset, system implementation experience, and be able to continuously develop processes and drive system improvements

Requirements:

●  FP&A experience in a multinational organization

●  Significant consulting and implementation experience within the NetSuite Cloud ERP space with

multiple end-user clients

●  Evaluate current processes, identify best practices, develop plans to implement improvements

●  Provide ad hoc analytical support to influence decision making with financial perspective

●  Strong capabilities for developing and presenting analyses and insights to senior management

●  Exceptional business judgment; capable of driving results with a focused, pragmatic approach

●  Ability to formulate strategies and identify trends through research and analysis of various data

●  Advanced Excel & business modeling skills

●  Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting preferred
