NOV's Aftermarket Finance Department is currently recruiting for an FP&A Manager to join our team at 5100 N. Sam Houston Parkway W Houston, TX 77086 (Bammel facility). Join us as we continue to power the industry that powers the world!

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide FP&A and accounting support for various global Aftermarket facilities
• Manage a team of analysts, tasked with supporting various regions/facilities
• Partner with operations management to provide reporting, strategic support, and technical assistance with operational processes
• Lead group's involvement in month-end close processes (journal entries, SOX/compliance requirements, etc.)
• Presentation of monthly/quarterly performance results to operations and finance management groups
• Review and analysis of monthly actuals vs plan, forecast, and trend
• Partner with operations to develop annual plan and ongoing monthly forecast adjustments, by business line and region
• Assist in periodic internal and external audits
• Help to drive continuous improvement to develop more efficient and accurate reporting
• Assist in special assignments as needed

Some travel may be required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA and/or MBA preferred, but not required
• 5+ years of accounting and/or financial planning and analysis experience
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem solving skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products
• High level of dedication to meeting customer requests and required time commitments
• Proven track record of results and ability to partner with all levels within the organization
• Working knowledge of US GAAP
• Hyperion Financial Management and/or Oracle experience a plus
