FP&A Manager - Sales Support

Modivcare is looking for an individual to fill the primary financial support role for the Chief Commercial Officer and Growth team. This includes responsibility for maintenance of standardized templates used for forecasting and reporting as well as variance analysis and reporting. It will also include interaction with Salesforce software in support of pipeline management and status reporting plus other analytic support as needed.

You will...

• Be responsible for the maintenance of standardized monthly forecast and reporting of operating expenditures including variance drivers
• Be responsible for Business case creation and tracking on an as needed basis
• Be responsible for Cross-functional collaboration with Accounting and business leaders to develop forecasts and actionable analysis in support of the Company's financial goals
• Provide weekly/monthly report building and analysis
• Assist with development of market opportunity models and strategic planning of go to market plan
• Provide adhoc reporting/analysis as needed

We are excited to speak to someone with the following...

• Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance or Accounting
• 3-5 years of finance or related business experience preferably in healthcare setting
• Prior support experience with Operating expense required (Sales support a plus)
• Have a general understanding of GAAP Accounting
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Experience working with databases and data extraction tools is a plus
• Strong Salesforce reporting/maintenance skills

Salary: $91,787 - $122,383
