The Position:  

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Manager to join our dynamic team. The FP&A Manager will play a critical role in driving financial strategy, analyzing performance, and providing actionable insights to support decision-making across the organization. 

What will you be doing?

  • Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, collaborating with department heads to develop accurate and achievable financial targets. 
  • Prepare financial models and scenario analysis to evaluate business initiatives, investments, and potential risks. 
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management based on thorough analysis of financial data and market trends. 
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance and drive continuous improvement. 
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and optimize resource allocation. 
  • Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to executives and stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations. 

What experience and qualifications should you have?

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 3-5 years of experience

What skills and abilities should you have?

  • Experience or exposure to high-volume transactional revenue or deferred revenue recognition processes.
  • Experience leading a company through an acquisition 
  • Advanced proficiency in using Excel for complex financial analysis and reporting.
  • Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills to effectively convey financial information and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Experience using Anaplan is a strong bonus

What other requirements should you have?

  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of assigned responsibility areas and proactively drive efficiency and effectiveness improvements.
  • Proficiency in working effectively under remote supervision, displaying both independent work capabilities and collaborative skills within a highly distributed team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy and thoroughness in tasks.
  • Thrives in a deadline-driven environment and consistently delivers results within stipulated time frames.
  • Motivated and driven to assume larger responsibilities over time, reflecting personal and professional growth commitment.
