FP&A - Paris (Internship)

Role :

We are looking for our new FP&A intern to join our growing Finance team. If you are passionate about everything technology and AI, if you love to understand Mistral AI’s ins and outs through its numbers, and if you are eager to learn, we would love to hear from you! 

Start date : ASAP

Duration : 6 or 12 months

Key Missions

-Support the FP&A team in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

-Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for senior management.

- Contribute to the development and maintenance of financial models. 

-Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts.

-Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights to the management team.

-Support the budgeting process by collecting and consolidating data from various departments.

-Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making.

-Assist in the preparation of ad-hoc financial analyses and reports.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and ensure data accuracy. 

Qualifications & Profile

-Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

-Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools.

-Analytical and detail-oriented, with a strong aptitude for numbers.

-Excellent communication and presentation skills in both French and English.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.

-Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

-Previous internship or work experience in finance, accounting, or a related field is a plus.

-Familiarity with financial software such as SAP, or similar systems is an advantage.

-Knowledge of SQL or other programming languages for data analysis.

-Familiarity with the SaaS industry and its financial metrics.

-Previous experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
