This position will support the Aerospace, Defense, and Marine (AD&M) business unit within the Industrial Segment. AD&M is a world leader in the design of components and electrical interconnection solutions that are used for applications in extreme and harsh environments. Vertical markets served include commercial and military aviation, space, military ground vehicles, unmanned / drone vehicles, as well as marine offshore oil and gas (MOG) development.
Job Overview
This position will report to the Sr. Manager of FP&A for the business unit (BU). This role is a key finance business partner to the AD&M Engineering CTO, Chief Commercial Officer, VP of Product Management, and other functional leaders to support, achieve, and socialize the business objectives and strategy.
As a key contributor to our quarterly, annual, and long-term financial forecast cycles this role will support AD&M's global team through the execution of various standard and adhoc analysis and reporting (including month and quarterly close processes), development and execution of financial modeling, helping to drive continuous improvement principals through current and future processes, and as a business partner to all stakeholders - both internal and external to AD&M.
Remote. The role can be based out of East Coast, USA
Responsibilities:• Prepare, consolidate, and reconciliation of monthly flash reports, forecast, and reporting packages with use of SAP and Hyperion Planning• Support preparation of forecast summaries, review & document deltas to plan, strategic plans, budget, quarterly forecasts and other ad-hoc projects, requests, and presentations• Provide analytical support to ensure BU achieves its strategic financial goals • Business partnership and financial modeling to support Opex functional leaders• Participate in process improvement initiatives• Proactively apply TEOA-F principles to continuously improve financial and other associated processes

What your background should look like:• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Economics • 6+ yrs of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or consulting• Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills with very strong proficiency in Excel• Highly skilled Excel & PPT user. SAP, Hyperion, or other data warehouse experience a plus• Strong oral & written communications skills, solid organization & planning skills, team player• Present insightful analysis and articulate recommendations in a clear and concise manner

COMPENSATION• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $$101,760 - $$152,650 (subject to change dependent on physical location)• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
