We are seeking an energetic individual to fill a full-time, FP&A Sr manager to support the Finance team for planning and strategic management. This position will be responsible for building out the FP&A function within the company which involves creating budgets, monitoring and tracking spending, and assisting with strategic decision-making and planning. The candidate will process good business partnership skills and exhibit the capability to lead and mentor their team as well as collaborate across cross-functional teams. Candidates with the appropriate background and experience could see opportunistic M&A work opportunities.
Key Responsibilities

• Build out the internal infrastructure or implement external systems to easily track COGs, build budgets and provide dashboard reporting to the executive team
• Partner with executives to display the relevant financial information on a month to month basis
• Lead budget discussions with different departments to understand resource needs and regularly communicate and monitor approved budgets
• Be a company thought leader and also mentor junior and mid-level team members on FP&A best practices and on ad-hoc strategic finance projects

Requirements & Qualifications
Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field of study (MBA preferred)
• Advanced proficiency in excel
• 6+ years' of experience working in related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly detail-oriented and self-starter
• Highly motivated and ambitious individual with the desire to grow alongside a rapidly changing startup
