The Job's Mission
The Stryker Italy Finance Team is responsible to meet all statutory and reporting requirements with the right quality and within the deadlines.

The FP&A department focuses on supporting sales, marketing and other functions with meaningful and actionable analysis.
The role will need to support the coordination with various stakeholders in a matrix organization, including the local sales and marketing colleagues as well as European Financial Shared Service Center and the European FP&A team.
The tasks will include supporting FP&A activities covering reporting of results (month-end-close and dashboard), budgeting and forecasting preparation, as well as involvement in several strategic projects. This role reports to the FP&A Manager.

Key Activities & Accountabilities
Financial close / Forecasting and Budgeting process

• Assist the FP&A manager in the elaboration of the monthly, quarterly and yearly closing reports including all elements that are part of it (eg. files preparation, commentary of financial results, review calls)
• Assist the FP&A manager in the coordination of the budgeting and projection processes

FP&A reporting

• Undertake ad-hoc analysis and project work as required by the business to support key decisions
• Support the team with the transition to PowerBI / automation of reports

Communication

• Effectively communicates relevant information to stakeholders
• Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion
   

Education

• Degree in Finance – or in progress
• Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory
• Excel strong skills
• Experience/interest with PowerBi is desirable
