SUMMARY:

Supports the Frac division by performing office tasks such as generating inventory transfers, creating shipping papers and assist with the scheduling of Frac operations and Frac equipment. Data entry of samples from lab analysis and running sales reports.

JOB DUTIES:

• Create Shipping papers
• Inventory Transfers
• Schedule Refills
• Invoicing
• Report Daily/Weekly/Monthly Updates: Individual Frac Operations - Frac Running Sheet - Sales Reports
• DOT Compliance
• Reviewing /Adjusting Time Works
• Assist with scheduling frac operations - Frac equipment - Service Techs
• Log in samples from Lab Analysis into spreadsheet
• Attend Frac Operational Meetings

REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION & KNOWLEDGE:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
• Intermediate to advanced Excel, Word computer skills and QuickBooks experience
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Customer Service Skills

PREFERRED SKILLS, & KNOWLEDGE:

• 1-year of Frac experience
• 1-year Invoicing and data entry preferred
