Framing Carpenter

The Carpenter will provide essential carpentry skills to our team, ensuring the construction and installation of high-quality structures and fixtures. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks on-site. Looking for experienced carpenters (3-5 years), proficient in using hand tools & power tools, and woodworking machinery. Also, the ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings. Key Responsibilities: • Plating: Measure, cut, and install bottom & top plates/cut percisely. • Detail Work: Perform precise and intricate carpentry tasks, ensuring high-quality finishes and attention to detail. • Pick Up Work: Address and complete any unfinished or additional carpentry tasks as needed to ensure project completion. • Hardware Installation: Install and secure hardware such as A35,LPT4, and hanger buckets • Frame Arches: Construct and install arch frames, and ensuring accurate measurements. • Joisting: Install floor joists, ensuring proper spacing and alignment for structural integrity. • Stacking: Cut and stack roof • Sheeting: Install sheeting materials such as plywood.
