 Franchisee Logistics Coordinator - Project Coordinator
We are hiring in our launch services/logistics department. This department is responsible for the successful launch of our franchises. We are looking for someone with a strong personality who is timeline-driven. If you have experience in a forward-facing, customer service, corporate environment and thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere, this is the role for you. You must have 5-7 years’ experience in face-to-face customer service. You will be working day to day with high-level franchisees. You will be responsible for collecting documents, answering brand questions, explaining the process to our customers step-by-step, and ensuring that we meet the deadline to the opening of their business.

Job Description
As a Franchisee Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing support to our franchisees by managing the timeline of their store launch from inception to completion. You are working hand in hand with our franchisees to ensure the success of their launch into business.
Specific duties for this administrative, customer service role include:
- Work with the project management tracking procedures to provide real time status updates and utilize the tracking procedure to effectively communicate to franchisees and corporate staff on the daily status.
- Ensure all disciplines such as signage, real estate, financing status, logistics, purchasing, support set-ups, web site needs are defined, scheduled, held to the timeline, completed and communicated to the franchisees and corporate staff.
- Produce an individual file system to allow for all status, communications, forms, dates and updates to ensure the launch is on time and a plan if the plan slips to ensure on time completion and success.
Qualifications
We are looking for a determined, strong-willed Logistics Coordinator who combines a resilient personality and excellent customer service skills, with an entrepreneurial spirit and strong time management abilities. In addition, you should be highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive under pressure within a fast-paced environment. It is also vital that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport and credibility to build solid business relationships.
Specific qualifications for this project management role include:
- Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in customer service or project coordination a must
- Coordinator or management experience is a plus
- Must be highly organized
- Previous Project Management experience a plus
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency a must
- Bilingual a plus
