We’re looking for a talented Fraud Investigator to join our exceptional team, help us continue our rapid growth, and create a better way forward for our customers. In this position on our Fraud team, you will have an opportunity to help us continue our own rapid growth, and create a better way forward for our customers.   

• Prevent fraud and analyze fraudulent activity
• Assist with identity verification as part of ongoing investigations
• Report directly to the Fraud Risk Manager

• Investigator instincts
• Ability to learn and research independently
• Experience as a fraud analyst or customer support professional - Must
• High attention to detail
• Experience on customer facing teams - Big advantage
• SQL/Python knowledge - an advantage
