Fraud Specialist

Join our team as a Fraud Specialist and play a key role in ensuring the integrity of our operations.
Your Role:
- Verifying the authenticity of the win by checking back offices and contacting providers.
- Checking game history to identify possible fraud.
- Checking turnover, winning payouts, RTP, deposit/withdrawal frequency, etc.
- Checking the possibility of bonus abusing.
- Applying restrictions or blocking based on betting history.
FraudΒ Prevention, Detection and Management:
- Utilize advanced fraud detection tools and technologies to monitor and identify suspicious activities in real-time.
- Investigate and analyze patterns, trends, and anomalies related to fraudulent behavior.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the latest fraud techniques and emerging threats in the online gaming industry.
- Bonus abuse management across all products to action emerging trends.
- Simulate and describe algorithms for possible risky operations (individual or groups of operations).
Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:
- Work closely with Legal, Marketing, Finance, and other departments to share insights, collaborate on fraud-related issues, and implement effective cross-functional solutions.
- Cooperation with product and management teams.
- Provide training and awareness programs to employees on fraud prevention best practices.
Response and Reporting:
- Lead incident response efforts in the event of a security breach or suspected fraudulent activity.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on risk and fraud metrics, trends, and mitigation strategies to senior management.
- Investigate incidents related to financial risks.
- Develop and implement corrective actions to mitigate the impact of incidents.
What We're Looking For:
- Detailed understanding of fraudulent behaviors and the associated risks.
- Native Russian speaker, English β B1 or higher
- Ability to work in shifts (including night shifts) and weekends
- Awareness of relevant regulation, industry guidance and technical innovation pertinent to fraud prevention.
- Self-motivation in identifying issues, research solutions and deliver effective change within the department.
- Ability to communicate with staff throughout the operation, including Senior Management.
- Ability to apply a methodical and logical approach to your work whilst maintaining exceptional levels of accuracy.
- Experience of working in an evolving environment, pivoting with changing business priorities.
