Northern Virginia University Community - Strategic Onsite Nurse Practitioner

Joining the most innovative Medical Group nationally focusing on remote monitoring of patients once they are discharged from the hospital. Your Medical Group will be partnering with a leading regional medical center located in Northern Virginia.

The Opportunity:

•  Employed with a $150,000 Base Salary and excellent benefits
•  Monday-Friday / 40 Hours Per Week
•  Initiating visits, patient education, device help, and building referral relationships
•  NO NIGHTS, NO WEEKENDS, and NO CALL

The Requirements and Preferences:

•  NP Certification Required
•  Active Virginia license preferred but not immediately required
•  Outpatient experience and telemedicine experience a plus
•  Effective communication skills working with hospital employed group settings
