LTK is looking for a part-time Copywriter to join our team and help support creative for our annual Creator Conference, LTK Con. When crafting copy for marketing communications, you are full of new ideas with proven experience creating strategic online content for multiple audiences, and possess an understanding of how to encourage Creators to engage with brands. When writing copy for event and marketing experiences, you’ll regularly use empathy, logic, and data to inform writing and design choices. This Copywriter role will work cross-functionally with all Events & Marketings teams, and be part of the Creative team, as well as jump in on necessary projects for other business units.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver all copy needs across audiences on-time and on-brand
- Create messaging that transcends website and digital advertising campaigns to other facets of the digital landscape
- Write and edit both short- and long-form product and marketing content for multiple audiences and platforms i.e., presentations, sales materials, product descriptions, social media, announcements, blog posts, etc.Â
- Collaborate with the creative team to maintain consistency in campaigns
- Effectively absorb the LTK tone to quickly and efficiently weave through communications
- Collaborate and ideate around compelling, inspiring messages to deliver a consistent brand experienceÂ
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONSÂ
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Journalism or related field
- Proven experience creating engaging online content
- Creative, curious, investigative, full of new ideas and a desire to learn
- 3+ years’ experience writing creative, editorial and events marketing content
- Exceptional communication skills and highly organized
- Transition seamlessly between different writing styles, audiences, and platforms
- Ability to manage multiple projects and handle stress in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentÂ
- Proven ability to work effectively within cross-departmental teams
- Knowledge of Creator marketing
- Scrappy go-getter: you'll have to be the roll up your sleeves-type and work autonomously
- Comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities
- A “can-do” attitude and superb interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, are an absolute must
