We are seeking a talented and experienced Freelance Creative Writers (Communication and Learning) to join our team. This freelance position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our growth, with the potential for conversion into a long-term staff role.

As a Freelance Creative Writer with BIW, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand's communications and educational materials. You will be responsible for crafting persuasive and engaging content across a variety of communication channels, including email, direct mail, SMS, and social media. In addition, you will develop impactful learning materials, including eLearning modules, instructor-led training scripts, and learning support materials.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create clear and compelling communication materials, including emails, direct mail, SMS, and social media content.

- Develop scripts and content for eLearning modules and instructor-led training programs.

- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training materials.

- Adapt communication and learning materials to cater to the specific needs of the automotive, heavy trucking, and industrial manufacturing industries.

- Ensure all content is aligned with our client's brand voice, guidelines, and objectives.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in writing for various communication channels.

- Demonstrated expertise in scriptwriting for eLearning and instructor-led training.

- Familiarity with the automotive, heavy trucking, or industrial manufacturing sectors is required.

- Proficiency in Articulate Storyline or similar eLearning authoring tools is ideal but not required.

- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with an emphasis on clarity and creativity.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.

- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
