About the Role:

We are looking for a designer with the ability to quickly translate creative ideas and information into visually stunning and highly creative graphic elements along with someone who has excellent time management, communication and problem-solving skills.

You’ll work closely with our internal creative and client teams to create visual presentations to help pitch ideas and branding both internally and externally. This is currently a remote position.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Designing PowerPoint decks, email newsletters, logos, photography editing and social media content
• Creating and pitching cohesive graphic treatments and creative solutions for multiple channels (social)
• Implementation of logos and branding graphics into new creative assets
• Building storyboards and aesthetic mood boards to effectively communicate design ideas
• Producing clear, engaging and beautiful presentations for client and internal projects
• Establishing design guidelines, templates, style guides, pattern libraries and/or design specs for our digital team
• Absorbing client graphic standards and delivering art that aligns with each brand’s guidelines
• Assist with creative opportunities relating to video/motion graphics

Skills:

• Highly proficient with Mac OS, PowerPoint, Keynote, Office, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects and LightRoom
• Familiarity with digital production and Adobe Premiere
• Strong organization and visual communication skills
• Extremally organized when it comes to asset/content management and workflow
• Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment with quick turn-around deliverables
• Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Able to deliver high-quality, error-free projects
• Highly imaginative with a collaborative and can-do attitude!

Hourly Range: $120 - $130 per hour

Golin has included the base salary range or hourly rate for this role. Actual compensation offered within the range will depend upon, among other factors: a candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience; actual ranges for current or former employees in the role; and market considerations.
