Freelance Graphic Designer (Illustration Specialist) - UK

Please note: This is a remote based (UK) & freelance position.
Being Freelance Graphic Designer at iManage Means…
You will be detail-oriented and have a strong focus on illustrations whilst supporting the marketing team. You will have experience and be responsible for supporting & creating visually engaging PowerPoint presentations, designing event booths, and producing marketing assets that resonate with our audience. Proficiency in Figma, After Effects, and the full Adobe Creative Suite is essential for this role. You will collaborate closely with our Design team to develop high-quality designs that align with our brand identity and support our marketing and event initiatives.
iM Responsible For…

• Illustration & Graphic Design:
  • Creating original illustrations that enhance our marketing campaigns, presentations, and event assets.
  • Developing visually engaging graphics that communicate complex ideas in a clear and appealing manner.
• Presentation Design:
  • Designing and refining PowerPoint decks for internal and external presentations, ensuring a cohesive and professional look.
  • Working with the team to create dynamic and visually appealing presentations that align with brand guidelines.
• Event Design:
  • Designing event booth graphics, banners, and other visual materials for both physical and virtual events.
  • Collaborating with the Marketing and Event teams to ensure all event-related designs meet branding and communication goals.
• Asset Creation:
  • Designing and producing a variety of marketing assets, including digital ads, social media graphics, and print materials.
  • Ensuring all assets are delivered on time and meet the highest quality standards.
• Collaboration & Communication:
  • Working closely with the Design team and other departments to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
  • Maintaining open communication throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Attention to Detail:
  • Meticulously review and proof all design work to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Providing feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement in design processes and outputs.

iM Qualified Because I Have…

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing illustration work.
• Expert proficiency in Figma, After Effects, and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Demonstrated experience in creating high-quality PowerPoint presentations and event-related designs.
• A strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering polished and error-free work.
• The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.

Bonus Points If I Have...

• Experience working with technology or software companies.
• Familiarity with the latest design trends and best practices in digital and print design.
