POSITION: Freelance Influencer Relations Coordinator
HOURS: 5-10 hours weekly

Founded in 2017 by best friends Grace Lee (CEO & Founder) and Monica Ashauer (COO & Co-Founder), Birdy Grey offers affordable bridesmaid dresses under $100, and fun gifts and accessories for everyone in the bridal party. Brides and bridesmaids alike count on Birdy Grey for their most important day-so much so that we've dressed over half a million bridesmaids (and counting) in less than 5 years.
THE OPPORTUNITY: Freelance Influencer Relations Coordinator
Birdy Grey is looking for a skilled part-time Influencer Outreach Coordinator. This person will be responsible for discovering bride-to-be influencers who fit the Birdy Grey aesthetic and brand. This role will be collaborating with and supporting the Social Media Manager on growing our creator network of brides. This person should love the research and building of influencer relationships, have a passion for the fashion and/or bridal industry, and understand how influencers and content creators play an important role in the business.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Discover influencers that are newly engaged, as well as any creators that are in a bridal party via various social platforms.
- Send an outreach email to newly engaged influencers and gauge their interest in working with Birdy Grey for their wedding
- Manage roster of Birdy Grey influencers throughout their wedding-planning process.
THE RIGHT CANDIDATE: QUALIFICATIONS & PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree
EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in consumer/apparel/fashion, DTC, or e-commerce is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Must be a super sleuth and love the research & procurement process!
- Proactive creative problem solver
- Hard working and eager to willing to roll sleeves up - no job is too big or too small
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit
- You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, fluid environment
- Must be available to work 5-10 hours/week
