When you join the team at Klick you are becoming part of something special. We are a growing team of Influencer Marketing experts who help our clients and partners navigate the ever changing world of social media creators & influencers.
Reporting into the lead of creator Marketing at Klick, this is an amazing opportunity to manage and develop the relationships with influencers and Creators across a number of healthcare clients. We are looking for an experienced, ambitious, and hardworking individual to join as Manager, Influencer Relations. Our ideal candidate should be established in the influencer/creator, digital, social media, marketing, content creation and/or other related fields, with a vast network of brand/agency contacts. Strong candidates will understand the bigger picture of the wider industry, whilst also being granular, detail-oriented and persistent in achieving results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procure influencers for client program rosters
- Work with influencers on the development, delivery, and posting of content for brand partnerships
- Develop brand campaigns into long-term partnerships
- Handle negotiations and contracting of influencers
- Oversee communication with influencers throughout brand campaigns
- Generate new relationships with talent
Key Skills Required:
- Balance of commercial acumen and a creative mindset
- Fluent understanding of marketing, with a focus on digital advertising and/or PR
- Demonstrate preexisting relationships with influencers and experience in digital platforms, content development, and social media
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have a good understanding of commercial contracts
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Great interpersonal skills, able to forge strong relationships with people of all levels (internally & externally)
- Pharmaceutical or health and wellness experience a plus
