Freelance Project Manager

Please note that this is a full-time freelance position for 6 months with the possibility of an extension. The project will start in January 2025.

Responsibilities as a project manager at Resumedia will include:

• Leading multilingual content projects from start to finish.

• Managing (remote) writers to ensure deadlines are met with top-notch quality.

• Leveraging AI-driven tools and workflows to enhance content creation.

• Creating an ambitious, but realistic roadmap to meet the timeline and company goals.

• Standardizing workflows to ensure a scalable operation.

Requirements:

• Project management experience with multilingual projects, ideally related to translation or content.

• 3+ years of experience in large project management (A-Z)

• Experience managing (remote) freelancers

• Knows AI-assisted content and automated workflows

• Speaks English fluently; bonus points for additional languages!

• Preferably living in the Netherlands – remote working is possible in the same timezone.

• Able to invoice as a freelancer.

• Is available to work full-time for the next 6 months.
