Freelance Senior Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Freelance Senior Designer to work with our creative team. In this role, you will lead design projects from concept to completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that elevate our brand and meet our clients' needs.

What you will be doing:

• Lead the design process for a variety of projects, including digital, social and print media, ensuring high-quality outputs that align with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives and client needs, translating them into effective design strategies, on time and within budget.
• Provide constructive questions/feedback when working directly with the account team to gain concrete information to execute the request or edits properly
• Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and respect.
• Develop and present design concepts, mockups, and prototypes to internal teams, articulating design rationale and decision-making.
• Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and technologies, integrating new insights into design practices.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance our design offerings.
• Be a prompt and clear communicator, concisely expressing questions related to timing, budget, edits, and/or deliverables

 Qualifications/Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Figma and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Ability to layout visually engaging proposals and presentations that remain on brand, but elevate the story through visuals and infographics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proven ability to lead projects.
• A keen eye for detail
• Speak with clarity, precision, and purpose in small and large groups
• Comfortable with Microsoft and Google office products
• Comfortable learning and adopting new tech platforms
• Seeks and is receptive to feedback; puts feedback into action
