Freelance Treasury Accountant (m/f/d)

As a Freelance Treasury Accountant (m/f/d), you are responsible for all treasury related accounting processes of the ABOUT YOU Group. Your work is very process-oriented and you ensure high-quality results. Furthermore, you are not afraid to get involved in the documentation of the operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Management of daily processing of bank statements.
• Execution of account reconciliations and balancing of open positions, including investigation and resolution of discrepancies
• Processing of guarantees, intra-group loans, and loans to related parties
• Creation of weekly payment runs
• Support of the financial statement closing process in compliance with IFRS
• Creation of missing documentation for operational processes

Requirements

• Completed training as an Accountant or a comparable university degree
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in accounting, preferably within treasury
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and/or Microsoft Navision 2018 ERP software
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in Microsoft tools, including Excel and Power BI
• Excellent communication skills in English (essential); proficiency in German is preferred
