Freelance UX/UI Designer

Job Description

Step into the role of a UX/UI Designer and become a vital part of our fast-paced team, working on a relatively new and rapidly growing product. You will be responsible for developing and integrating new features and improvements daily, conducting A/B tests for every feature, and creating a style guide for the Outlet. Your expertise in research and testing will be invaluable as these capabilities are not yet established in our current processes.

What you will do

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers in the Scrum team to create innovative eCommerce solutions for the ABOUT YOU Outlet mobile app and websites.
• Represent the customer's perspective, ensuring their needs are met in new product features and developments.
• Transform feature requirements into practical and intuitive designs, delivering an exceptional user experience across digital products.

Who you are

• A strong designer with a solid understanding of complex product structures and intricate user flows.
• Experienced in UI/UX Design within the e-commerce sector, with 2-3 years of practical experience.
• Proficient in Figma, including components, prototypes, and animations.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced setting with excellent communication skills to clearly articulate design decisions.
