Freelance Writer

The Role

Home Solutions is seeking a freelance writer for an ongoing project. You’ll be tasked with writing 2–3 articles each week within the home improvement industry. Articles must be well-researched tightly written and highly informative. Note : We will only consider applicants who attach proof of previously published work.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree (Journalism Communications English or related field preferred)

• 2+ years of proven writing experience

• Expertise in writing SEO-friendly content for online publications

• Knowledgeable in AP style

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Impeccable research skills with the ability to synthesize and distill valuable information from reputable sources into layman’s terms

• Ability to meet deadlines

• Experience with home improvement projects (a bonus not required)
