Freelance/Contract Graphic Designer

About the job:

This position is based in Austin, Texas, and requires on-site work for collaboration and synergy. With a freelance/contract-based role, we’re looking for someone who can efficiently and effectively work with us to bring our client’s vision to life across print, digital, and social media channels. 

Responsibilities

• Design Development and Execution: Bring creative concepts to life through visually engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various mediums, including, but not limited to, print, digital, and social media. 
• Adobe Creative Cloud Mastery: Demonstrate strong and proficient skillset in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team, clients, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
• Project-Based Work: Manage and execute design projects from concept to completion within specified timelines and budgets.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design deliverables.
• Onboarding Session: Participate in an onboarding session to familiarize yourself with our agency's culture, processes, and expectations.

Qualifications:

• Hard Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, with a robust portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
• Creativity: A keen eye for design, trends, and the ability to think outside the box to deliver fresh and innovative solutions.
• Collaborative Spirit: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate design concepts.
• Concise Workflow: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Self-starting Attitude: Ability to work independently when necessary and demonstrate creative problem-solving skills.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure high-quality deliverables.
