Front Desk Assistant

RejuvenX is seeking a full-time Front Desk Assistant to join our TEAM. We pride ourself on having a knowledgeable and caring TEAM to assist patients with injuries and impairments. We are looking for a ROCKSTAR Front Desk Assistant who is confident, high energy, and extroverted to help service our patients. Job Description of Front Desk Assistant:

• We are searching for a person who genuinely desires to help others, takes pride in their quality of work and also has the ability to multi-task and solve problems. You must be comfortable with a fast pace.

• This critical position requires someone who can be interrupted frequently, maintain an exceptional attitude, joyfully serve others and shares our belief that people come first!

• Primary duties include but are not limited to:

• Checking voicemails

• Collect and sort mail

• Building patient charts

• Scanning documents into EMR system

• Mail new patient welcome packet to all patients

• Copying and maintaining medical forms

• Ordering office supplies

• Answer phones

• Keep track of schedule

• Ensure patients make their appointments

• Retaining patient visits; keeping track of the daily schedule as well as monitoring and following-up with existing patients to ensure retention.

Hourly Range for the Front Desk Assistant:  $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

• Detail-oriented/expert in organization - the ability to use systems or processes to prevent things from falling through fall the cracks

• Ability to think strategically

• Works well independently and as a team player

• Teachable with a pleasant demeanor and attitude

• Not intimidated by a large caseload and ability to work under stress of deadlines

• Self-motivated and confident

• Able to handle high-stress situations yet remain focused and have a pleasant demeanor.

• Detail-orientation and high degree of organization

• The ability to use systems or processes to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

This is a full-time position with a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Clinic Hours:

Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 8:00 am - 7:00 pm; Wednesday 2:00 pm - 7:00 pm; and Friday 8:00 am- 12:00 pm.
