We are seeking a polished, professional, and personableFront Desk Associateto join our team and be the first point of contact for our valued clients. This role is part-time, 20 hours a week. Candidate is required to work on Monday-Wednesday-Thursday.
Responsibilities
• Warmly greet and check in clients, ensuring a welcoming and seamless experience.
• Manage scheduling, appointments, and confirmations through our booking system.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
• Process client payments, product sales, and maintain accurate records.
• Support estheticians and management with administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and reception area.
• Uphold the brand’s high standard of customer service and confidentiality.
Experience
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
• Proficient in phone etiquette and managing multi-line phone systems.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
