Due to our continued growth, we are hiring for a Front Desk Coordinator at Wake Research, an M3 company. This position is on-site and located in Lake City, FL.

Job Description

We’re seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming face for our patients and clients. The Front Desk Coordinator will be expected to provide top-notch customer service while managing essential administrative and occasional operational tasks to ensure our site is running smoothly. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Including, but not limited to the following:

• Greet patients and visitors and notify the appropriate staff member of their arrival.
• Prepare needed forms for new subject visits and see that all paperwork is completed.
• Scan all required forms and information into the system.
• Answer and direct incoming calls
• Place reminder calls and send reminder texts.
• Maintain office supply inventory and order new supplies as necessary.
• Manage the subject referral program and assist onsite/remote patient enrollment coordinator (PEC), as needed.
• Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed, which may include regulatory completion/filing.
• Assisting with unblinded trial duties as applicable.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Prior clinical research experience preferred. 
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required.
