Front Desk Receptionist

Location: Silverstein Medical, Havre De Grace, MD 

Position: Front Desk Receptionist - Medical Office

We are looking to add an experienced full-time Front Desk Receptionist at a busy

primary care practice in Havre De Grace, MD. The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task,

provide excellent patient experience and attention to detail, and work comfortably in a

team environment.

Responsibilities

• Check in/out patients quickly and accurately
• Complete insurance verification
• Verify patient demographic information at the time of scheduling appointment and upon check-in
• Monitor and respond to patient and clinical staff messages
• Complete patient outreach
• Answer incoming calls
• Scan incoming documents
• Obtain co-pays and payments
• Maintain clean appearance of waiting area and front desk
• ACO Experience Preferred

Requirements

• Prior Front Desk experience required, in a medical setting preferred.
• Excellent computer skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with Electronic Health Record (Preferred)
