Front Desk Receptionist / Data Entry - Bilingual (Spanish)

Bilingual (Spanish) Reception Position Available at Itasca-based Collection Agency.

Our company is currently seeking to fulfill a Reception / Data Entry full-time position at our headquarters location in Itasca, IL. We are looking for someone who is dependable, personable and capable of multi-tasking. This individual must have excellent verbal and written communication skills along with some experience in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Daily Task Include:

• Operating a multi-line phone system
• Kindly greeting all visitors that enter our offices
• Be able to screen and transfer calls to the correct party
• Sort and distribute all incoming mail
• Data Entry
