Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Owns all technical aspects of software development for assigned applications.
  • Performs hands-on architecture, design, and development of systems
  • Collaborates with other engineers, senior engineers, architects, and others through ongoing sprints
  • Functions as an active member of an agile team and helps drive consistent development practices - tools and common components
  • Develops deep understanding of tie-ins with other systems and platforms within the supported domains
  • Works closely with product owners on blueprints and annual planning of feature sets that impact multiple platforms and products
  • Typically spends 60-70% of time on requirement analysis, writing code and testing, working with other technology teams like SFT, IIQ/IAM, SSO, GTOS, 3rd party vendor partner teams and remainder of time working with stakeholders through ongoing product/platform release sprints
  • Provides level 2 support along with Production Support Team (GTOS) for payroll platforms.
  • Identifies opportunities to adopt innovative technologies
  • This "rebel with a cause" looks beyond the obvious for continuous improvement opportunities

Up to 6 years of software development experience in the following areas:
  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, computer science engineering, or related experience required; advanced degree preferred
  • Willing to train on Adobe AEM:
    • Strong Web Content Management experience with Adobe AEM / CQ5, implementing 2+ full cycle AEM projects.
    • Must have worked on AEM 6.4 or newer versions.
    • Experience on developing AEM components, Editable templates, Dialogs, Asset workflow development, Metadata & Tag Management plus integrating AEM with other applications.
    • Hands on experience with content fragments, experience fragments, AEM administration and configurations, schedulers, listeners, sling models etc.

Nice to have:
  • Experience on Java Content Repository (API) suite, Sling web framework and Apache Felix OSGi framework(R6/R7) is required.
  • Experience on Sighlty, touch UI libraries and Adobe core components.
  • Experience on using java/JEE, spring, and related frameworks.
  • Experience on front-end development using JavaScript, HTML 5, CSS 3
  • Experience with Continuous Integration and Automated test execution and building tools such as Jenkins, Selenium or Maven.
  • Experience in writing code with unit test coverage (Junit 3/5), Mockito, Jasmine, Mocha, Karma etc. according to design standards and patterns.
  • Work with project managers to ensure that all project deliverables are on time and high quality.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams; QA, UX, etc.
  • Assist in deploying applications to Dev, QA, Production environments.
  • Experience on advanced dispatcher and CDN caching strategies, AEM Multi Site Manager and security best practices.
  • Hands-on experience using Adobe Digital Asset Manager (DAM) integrating with Adobe Sites and enterprise asset management solutions.
  • Familiar with Agile or other rapid application development methods
