Reserv is an insurtech creating and incubating cutting-edge AI and automation technology to bring efficiency and simplicity to claims. Founded by insurtech veterans with deep experience in SaaS and digital claims Reserv is venture-backed by Bain Capital and Altai Ventures and began operations in May 2022. We are focused on automating highly manual tasks to tackle long-standing problems in claims and set a new standard for TPAs insurance technology providers and adjusters alike.

As a front-end engineer at Reserv you'll be at the heart of our growth journey shaping the future of our technology and platform. You are a passionate engineer with strong front-end skills and a keen eye for UI/UX design. You thrive on bringing user stories to life delivering exceptional end-to-end experiences. Who you are

• Highly motivated and growth-oriented. You're excited about UI/UX and delivering great experiences to our users.

• Demonstrated fluency with web technologies such as TypeScript/JavaScript HTML CSS Next.js React and GraphQL.

• Experience communicating and working across functions to proactively drive solutions.

• Eager to learn about the insurance claims industry and positively impact the people involved.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience shipping user-facing features or products as a front end or full-stack developer.

• Have a strong demonstrated ability to ship high-quality products both at work and outside of work. We love engineers that build side-projects or contribute to open-source repos.

• A passion for building intuitive technology and a thirst for learning.

• Able to think through customer requirements and prioritize what is a must-have nice-to-have or irrelevant.

• Have a strong technical skillset but also the willingness and ability to take over tasks outside your core competency.

• Bonus : experience with Ruby Python or Jest.
