Front-End Developer

Linkwell Health, the premier consumer experience company serving health plans and health services organizations, seeks a Front-End Developer to work with Linkwell’s technology team to build the solutions that support our content marketing and consumer engagement programs.

In this position, your Key Performance Areas (KPAs) will include:  

Technical Expertise 

• Implement digital solutions that deliver results and exceed client expectations. 

• Demonstrated mastery of technologies like CSS, HTML, and javascript. 

• Leverage front-end frameworks and template engines to create solutions efficiently. 

• Identify opportunities to further scale and grow Linkwell’s product set. 

Innovation 

• Advocate for modern solutions that use forward-thinking approaches to deliver content and data.

• Approach business problems with a fresh perspective and informed thinking.

• Identify opportunities to test new approaches, prove value, and roll out winning formulas.

• Impact key business metrics through best-in-class UX and design. 

Teamwork 

• Communicate clearly and seek to maintain alignment. 

• Work with a cross functional team on new features that will make our client’s programs more effective.

• Collaborate on solutions with the technology team and business stakeholders.
