Job Title: Front-end Developer - Level 1
Location: Scottsdale, AZ (Located in North Scottsdale, at East Bell Road and the 101)
Compensation: Dependent on Experience
Employment Type: Full Time with Benefits (Medical, Life, Dental, Vision, and 401k)
Schedule: Monday through Friday 9 AM to 5 PM. After-hours or weekend support may be needed from time to time for special projects. NO major holidays!
Position Description:
Envita Medical Centers is looking for a Front-end Developer to help our IT team. This role is focused on front-end web design and programming languages JavaScript, CSS, and HTML. The day-to-day workflow will include but is not limited to, listening to stakeholders to understand their vision and subsequently applying what was learned into highly performant and low latency front-end web design. The primary backend programming language will be Python but may include Node.js, Java, Go, or various low-level languages. Python programming and maintenance of Python applications. This individual must be a highly functional, independent, and production-ready front-end developer with exceptional web design capabilities.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Front-end Web Design skills

• Incorporating artistic mindset and web design best practices to provide unique visually attractive user experiences.
• Writing website code with programming languages JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Listening and incorporating stakeholder vision into the overall look and design of websites.
• Developing, maintaining, and modifying websites and user interfaces.
• Incorporating applications, graphics, audio, and video clips into client-side websites.
• Creating tools that enhance the user's website experience.
• Ensuring websites are accessible across many platforms, such as desktops, laptops, iPads, and smartphones.
• Routinely testing websites for ease of use, speed, and other quality factors.
• Fixing any website issues or bugs that arise. 

Python Programming Skills (Level 1)

• Utilizing server-side logic to integrate with front-end design components.
• Design and implementation of high-performance, low-latency applications.
• Writing and modifying code in Python for websites and mobile apps.
• Running QA tests and debugging tools to find bugs in the code.
• Working with our Lead Programmer to ensure the application runs correctly.

General Responsibilities

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, establish priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Communicate all relevant IT events and issues with appropriate staff regularly and efficiently.
• Ability to function efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Local travel is required, must have reliable transportation.
• Other related duties as directed.

Required Qualifications:

• Two years of professional front-end web design experience (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
• Two years of professional Python programming experience.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, a team player.
• Be personable, work well with others, kind, and professional.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented to keep detailed notes in tickets.
• Good organization and time management skills.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Good analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to multitask.
• Strong Moral and Ethical conduct.
