Front End Developer

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Front End Developer in India.

In this role, you will contribute to the design and development of modern, high-performance web applications within a fast-paced, enterprise-grade technology environment. You will work on building responsive and scalable user interfaces that support complex business and financial workflows. The position requires strong expertise in React-based development and a solid understanding of how front-end systems integrate within broader distributed architectures. You will collaborate closely with backend engineers, product teams, and designers to deliver seamless digital experiences. This is a highly collaborative role where your work will directly impact application usability, performance, and reliability. You will also contribute to technical discussions, front-end architecture decisions, and continuous improvement of engineering practices.

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive and scalable front-end applications using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks
• Build reusable UI components and front-end libraries to improve development efficiency and consistency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality user experiences
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness across devices and browsers
• Ensure high code quality through best practices, code reviews, testing, and adherence to engineering standards
• Translate complex business and technical requirements into clean, efficient, and maintainable UI solutions
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to front-end design decisions in an agile environment
• Integrate front-end applications with REST APIs and backend services

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in front-end development with strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
• Solid experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and experience integrating front-end applications with backend services
• Experience with modern build tools such as Webpack, Vite, and version control systems like Git
• Exposure to TypeScript and front-end testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and modern software delivery practices
• Experience working in financial services, fintech, or other data-sensitive environments is highly preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in agile, cross-functional teams
