Front-End Developer - React + UI/UX Design

Our stack is React-based and we use Figma and Builder.io to bridge design and development for faster more scalable delivery. Were looking for a Front-End Developer with strong UI/UX sensibilities to help us turn beautiful designs into dynamic interfaceswhile contributing meaningfully to the design process itself.

What Youll Do:

Implement responsive accessible and high-performance UIs using React

Able to create designs in Figma with the support of our UI/UX professional.

Translate designs from Figma into functional pages and components

Use Builder.io to structure content and allow non-technical teams to manage layouts

Collaborate closely with designers to improve UX and maintain design consistency

Contribute to component libraries and maintain clean scalable front-end architecture

Work within agile teams to scope estimate and deliver high-quality work on time

Identify opportunities to enhance design interactions and usability

What Were Looking For: 3+ years of professional experience in front-end development Eye for detailyou care about pixel-perfection and user behavior Strong proficiency in React TypeScript and modern CSS methodologies (Tailwind CSS Modules etc.) Hands-on experience working directly with Figma and contributing to design systems Ability to collaborate asynchronously and communicate clearly in writing

Nice to Have: Experience with Builder.io a component builder Experience with Framer Webflow Plasmic or Anima Component performance optimization
