Front End Development Engineer (UI/UX)

Description
Key Responsibilities: • Work with UX designers to bring UI designs from concept to implementation through rapid prototyping and evaluation of design ideas • Develop new software to implement features and functionality to meet our customer's needs. • Actively participate in scoping, estimating, code reviews throughout the development process. • Communicate with your fellow coworkers about your progress and offer suggestions/improvements to continually improve all aspects of the software and development process. • Make software development decisions based on a thorough understanding of the needs of the customer, the technologies in use and best practices.

Key Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree and minimum 10 years' experience • Extensive experience building web applications using HTML5, CSS, LESS (or SASS), JavaScript, and REST services • Ability to create robust web applications utilizing responsive development from visual concepts, wireframes, and interactive product design sessions • Ability to analyze DOM in detail and debug Javascript using browser developer tools • Experience with modern client-side libraries and application frameworks like JQuery and Bootstrap

Desired Qualifications: • Familiarity with the Adobe suite of design tools • Experience with Highcharts and ag-Grid • Experience discovering customer requirements through UX design sessions and rapid prototyping
