The company initially was focused in machine learning techniques but now has evolved into a small company that's devoted to utilizing "unorthodox" research methodologies and uncompromised use of mathematics and science.
DUBL ï™ (pronounced "double-eye") will be a resultant product from the platform, IISS (Informational Interpretation Scientific Software). DUBL ï™ will be designed as software for immediate detection, distinction, classification, and analysis.

Position Overview:
As a key member of the engineering department, your primary responsibility is to ensure that the core functionality of our products operate as they are designed to do. You will write client-side code for our application software products and improve upon our startup's core experience. As a Front-End Engineer, you will create and maintain the tools that necessitates the company's value and scientific impact.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and implement highly visible user-facing features and applications.
- Deploy testable frontend code with performance, maintainability, and scale in mind.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to prototype and implement features.
- Participate in code reviews, listening to feedback while sharing your knowledge with other members of the team.
- Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including Agile, coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operation.
- Experience utilizing data (GA/GSC/Hotjar/etc) to improve UI/UX, identify/resolve friction, optimize funnels, and improve bounce rates and conversions.
- Experience determining accurate project timelines and meeting deadlines.
- Ensure consistent interpretation of provided designs.
- Diligence in problem solving and attention to detail.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Web Design (or another related field) or equivalent experience.

- Ability to form team consensus on design choices and execution plans.
- Be contributory to the statistical endeavors of the company's projects.

Base Salary for this position is conditioned by a "24-schedule" that awards a certain amount per hour.
This position is a full-time/permanent position and requires a "24-schedule" that equates to a minimum of forty (40) hours per week.
