The Role:

We are looking for a Front-End Engineer who will be passionate about playing an important role in designing and implementing the user interface of our web application. This role is perfect for a creative problem solver with a passion for clean, efficient code and a strong eye for design. What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand user requirements, then translating them into effective front-end solutions.
  • Design, develop, and implement web applications using modern frameworks (Next.js) and related front-end technologies, such as React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize them for maximum performance and scalability.
  • Performing thorough testing and debugging of Next.js applications to ensure optimal functionality, reliability, and security.
  • Constantly work to improve software performance and add functionality.
  • Implement best practices for front-end development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.
  • Staying up to date with the latest advancements in frameworks and front-end web development technologies, and identifying opportunities to enhance existing applications or create new ones.

Experience we’re seeking:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field—or equivalent work experience with completion of Coding Bootcamp.
  • 3-6 years proven experience developing web applications using Next.js and React, with a strong understanding of their features and best practices.
  • You are proficient in front-end web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
  • You have strong knowledge of web development best practices, including responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

  • Stock options: become a shareholder and participate in the value we create together
  • Unlimited PTO + holidays off for a good quality of life
  • Health benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision — 100% paid for employees
  • Giving back: opportunities to serve through our Community Service Program
