What are you going to do?

You will have the opportunity to work in a forward-thinking and growth-oriented environment at a digital innovation company specializing in creating outstanding custom mobile applications and advanced digital solutions.

Occupy a unique position in the market leading the development of high-quality applications using React and TypeScript. You will work closely with product managers designers and other engineering teams to build scalable and performant solutions.

• Technical Leadership: Lead the design development and implementation of web applications using React and TypeScript. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

• Architectural Design: Collaborate with architects and senior engineers to define technical requirements and design scalable high-performance solutions.

• Code Quality: Ensure high code quality through code reviews writing comprehensive tests and adhering to best practices and coding standards

• Project Management: Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to understand requirements set priorities and deliver projects on time.

• Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment by working with cross-functional teams including designers backend developers and QA engineers.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies. Drive improvements in development processes tools and practices.

• Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.

What will help you succeed

• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on React and TypeScript.

• Domain Experience: Fintech

• Leadership: Proven experience leading and mentoring development teams.

• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of React TypeScript modern JavaScript (ES6+) and related technologies (e.g. Redux Hooks GraphQL).

• Architecture: Experience with designing and implementing scalable web application architectures.

• Testing: Proficiency in writing unit tests and integration tests with knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest and React Testing Library.
