---Core Job Responsibilities---

• Work with clients and team to gather business, user and marketing requirements.
• Build project plans based on requirements and all relevant technical considerations.
• Transform designs into standards-based code using HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Create custom client-side solutions to extend site functionality and enhance user experience.  
• Design and implement basic custom PHP/MySQL back-end/server-side solutions (scripts + database support) for both internal and client-related projects. 
• Collaborate with designers and marketers to solve client and user experience problems.  
• Perform QA checks (style & functionality) on sites prior to deployment.
• Research various IT and programming issues to solve problems and stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and methods.
• Provides input into development and modification of policies and procedures, and recommends strategies for implementing new and existing policies.
• Resolves issues and requests presented by staff.

---Required Qualifications---

• 3+ years client-side scripting experience.
• 2+ years server-side scripting experience.
• Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in LAMP environment.
• Demonstrated JavaScript, HTML5 and mobile experience.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, and strong QA process/skills.
• Experience with back-end application development involving API/web services programming.
• Experience with ERP system development (e.g. NetSuite, Oracle, SAP).
• Experience with ModX or Umbraco Content Management Systems, CPANEL, or Magento ecommerce.
• Must be absolutely trustworthy with customer and business data.
• Great “can-do” attitude. Self-motivated, team player.
